We'll always endeavour to get your order out the same day, but for next day delivery the cut off is 12pm midday.
From time-to-time stock control issues can arise, if this is the case, we'll get in touch ASAP to explain and help sort a solution. We always go the extra mile for customers in making sure you’re happy and have a great experience with us.

Royal Mail sends automated emails on dispatch of your order. Only the tracked services will provide a valid trackable link to follow. The others will be to notify you of Royal Mail receiving your order.
High value items such as wetsuits, are automatically upgraded to a tracked service.
Surfboards are shipped via Parcelforce. Collection times can vary, and although we book the shipment as soon as we receive your order, pickup can take between 1–3 working days.
If there is a risk that your board may be held in a depot over the weekend, we will always contact you to confirm dispatch. In these cases, we usually recommend dispatching on a Monday to help minimise the risk of damage in transit.

All surfboards must be checked thoroughly upon delivery to ensure there is no visible damage to the box or the board. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, damage reported after this time cannot be claimed through the courier or ourselves.
